The treatment of data collected through the services offered on this website (which is physically placed "in hosting" at the SEP Society Europea Plastica s.r.l.) takes place in the premises of SEP, and is exclusively managed by SEP employees, authorised collaborators or share holders, or by operators in charge of maintenance operations. Data collected from web services are not disclosed or distributed among third parties. Personal data voluntarily and optionally supplied by users are only employed to provide the requested service and are not disclosed to any third parties unless compulsory by law or strictly necessary for the purposes related to that service. Specific purposes, concerning data treatment in relation to single services, are specifically dealt with in relation to each single service. For each offer, the user will find specific privacy policies on the treatment of personal data, in conformity with art. 13 of LD196/2003. Users can voluntarily provide their personal data in order to request the offered services. Failure to provide the necessary data might result in the impossibility of obtaining the requested service.

TYPES OF PROCESSED DATA

Navigation data
The information systems and the software procedures used for this website acquire, during their normal functioning process, some personal data whose transmission is implied by the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified website users; yet, by its own nature, this information could, if processed and associated with data held by third parties, allow user identification. IP addresses or domain names of computers used by website users, addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method adopted for the submission of the request to the server, the size of the answer file, the numerical code referring to the status of the answer sent by the server (completed, error etc.) and other parameters concerning the operating and information system of the user fall under this category. These data are only used for purposes related to the statistical analysis on website access to check the website's proper functioning. After elaboration, data are removed from the system. These data may be used to ascertain any responsibilities in case of computer crimes against our website: except for this case, data on web contacts are not generally stored for more than seven days.

The person whose data have been collected is entitled, in conformity with art. 7 of LD. n.196/2003, to obtain at any time information about the existence of those data, their contents and their origin, to verify their correctness and to ask to integrate, update or correct them. The person concerned is also entitled to ask that those data are cancelled or anonymised, to block unlawfully processed data, and to object to their treatment, for legitimate reasons. The request relative to art. 7 of the LD n.196/2003 must be addressed to the holder of data treatment.
